...to the world around you and to the people who surround you. When you create the time and space to show up for yourself, you are then able to continue to show up to serve others. Change the way you think about exercise and experience a way to move that is right for you. Let's get that confidence shinning from the inside out!
In my classes I combine science driven methods with engaging mind-body awareness that connects you to the beat of the music with Rhythm & Dance Sculpt being one of my signature classes. This ensures you have proper efficiency in your workout AND you create a little joy in your movement. As women we take care of a lot of people and our mental health is so important. When we move our bodies we are freeing our minds and body to breathe in the good and exhale what's not needed.
As a dancer for more than 20 years and a certified AFAA instructor, I have discovered ways where exercise doesn't have to feel like a chore!
**10% of our monthly membership funds will go to supporting a non profit company, such as "Seek Her Foundation" which helps provide resources for women to improve their mental health and build community!

Meet Kari
Kari Lynne McKillip is passionate about helping people realize the potential and strength within themselves. If we choose a mindset that we get to move our body and not that we have to move our body, we create habits and a routine where we thrive and not feel punished. If we find structure but allow ourselves to enjoy our movement and realize that our bodies were MADE 4 MOVEment, we can create a life we love in and out of class!
Kari is a certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA) with over 12 years of teaching experience and multiple formats and certifications under her belt. Certifications in Pilates, HIIT, Strength and Dance, she currently teaches for Equinox and Rumble Boxing in LA and OC. She has been featured on Good Morning America...

I’ve been attending Kari’s classes for years. I can always count on her for a great workout! She delivers a hard sweat, winded moments, great music, model form and upbeat energy every time!

Kari is the best instructor! I am not a person that enjoys going to the gym, but when it comes to Kari’s classes I am always excited to go and workout! She never fails to bring the energy and amazing playlists to make her classes fun and exciting! Everyone walks away from her classes feeling good.
